I’ve made a booking but want to reschedule for a later date, can I do so?
Yes, you can. Please note however, this must be done before 2pm on the day prior to arrival or you will be charged a cancellation fee which is reflective of your first night’s stay. To change your booking or cancel, please contact us on 01779 871471.
Please note, if you fail to arrive on the day of your booking, the full room price will be charged.
Are you dog-friendly?
Small dogs can stay overnight but we do not allow them in public areas or our restaurant.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 2pm and check-out is 12 noon.
Do you have parking available?
Yes, parking is free of charge for all residents/visitors and is located at the back of the hotel.
Which rooms are accessible and how can I book them?
We have three accessible rooms, one of which has a wet room. These can be booked by calling our reception team on 01779 871471.
